You can change your Netertz plan at any time by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your billing account or click this link:

  2. Sign in with your email, and you will get an email with a login link.

  3. Select Change Plan. (If you don't see Change Plan, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.)

NOTE: If your account is on hold, you won't be able to make a plan until the hold is resolved. Currently, we have one plan in place.

Changing to a higher-priced plan takes effect immediately so that you can enjoy all of the added features. Since Netertz is a prepaid service, your billing date will change based on the remaining balance of your last payment.

Changing to a lower-priced plan takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue to use the features of the higher-priced plan until your next billing date.

You can cancel the Netertz plan at any time.
